What's the cost of a video?
Our pricing varies depending on the type and length of the project. Please contact us for a detailed quote.
How can we book your videography services?
You can book our services by contacting us through our website, e-mail, phone or social media.
Do you travel outside of Osaka for videography projects?
Yes, we do! We are available for travel outside of Osaka with additional travel fees applying depending on location.
Does it become cheaper if I get a set of videos and photos?
Yes, we can make a good package according to the total amount of videos/photos for your project.
Why videography services are expensive?
Videography services tend to be a bit more expensive than shooting with a mobile phone or other devices due to several reasons. First of that is the equipment cost, which include camera, lenses, lighting, audio equipment, stabilisation gear (gimbals). Also, there are costs that the clients don’t see such as editing software, music licensing, insurance. The labor cost is for all of the video process like pre-production, production and post-production, that many clients don’t see rolling. The time on set to do the set up and teardown of the equipments can be extensive and seamless to the clients.
What is your videography style?
We like to produce cinematic and documentary-style videos, ensuring we capture the essence of your message while telling a compelling story. But it doesn’t mean that we cannot produce some trendy reels for you.
Can I choose the music for our video?
Yes, you can provide us with your preferred music or we can help you select the perfect soundtrack for your video. We just need to make sure that the music you choose doesn’t infringe any copyright. That’s why we provide a music library you can choose from, which will allow you to publish your video on any platform you want.
What is your videography style?

How do you handle copyright and licensing for the video content?
We ensure all music and footage used in your video are properly licensed. Ownership and usage rights will be clearly outlined in our agreement.
Do you offer drone videography?
Yes, we offer drone videography services to capture stunning aerial footage for your project. This can be as a part of your stablishing shot, dramatic scene, overview of an event or a place or to have a different point-of-view.
Can we request specific shots or moments to be captured?
Sure!!! We encourage our clients to share their requests and visions. We love to produce a video in collaboration with the client, cause we feel we can meet your main ideas easily.
Do you have a maximum length for the final video?
No, there’s no maximum length. However, we may suggest the length of the video according to your needs. For example, if you want to publish a video in Social Media, it would be nice to have a maximum of 1-minute video.
Do you provide raw footage?
Unfortunately, we CAN’T provide RAW footage. The reason why we don’t do this is because the RAW footage may damage the integrity of our work. This is a way to protect our professional reputation.
Where will I be able to upload my video to?
You can use your video in many places. As an internal communication in the company, in your website, in your social media such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube, Linkedin and so on. You can also use the video to advertise in your local community, in an event, your creativity is your limitation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the project and timing. In our terms and conditions we discuss all the details.
Can we take photos at any tourist attraction?
Most public areas can be photographed, but some temples, shrines, gardens and other private or managed attractions may have specific photography rules or require prior permission for professional or commercial photography. We will check the requirements for your chosen locations in advance and let you know if any additional permission or fees are required.
Are all locations available for photography?
Not necessarily. Some temples, shrines and other tourist attractions have their own photography rules and may require prior permission for professional or commercial photography. Are entrance fees included?
Entrance fees to attractions and locations are not included in the experience price. If a location requires an entrance ticket, this will be paid separately by the client.
Is the framed photo and delivery included?
Yes. Your selected photo will be professionally printed, framed and delivered to your home country at no additional cost. Availability may vary depending on your country or address, so please check with us before booking.
How long is the photo experience?
The duration depends on the experience you choose. Private experiences can also be customised around your schedule and preferred locations.
Will the photos be mostly posed?
Not at all. The experience is designed around natural, candid photography while you explore and enjoy Japan. I’ll also guide you through a few portraits when appropriate.
Can I choose the locations?
Absolutely. You can tell us which places you’d like to visit, and we’ll help build the experience around your plans.
What happens if it rains?
Japan’s weather can be unpredictable. Depending on the forecast and conditions, we can discuss adjusting the schedule or rescheduling the session.
Can I include a kimono?
Yes. Kimono rental can be arranged separately, depending on the location and availability. Early-morning sessions may require special arrangements with the rental provider.
Do I need to know how to pose?
Not at all. I’ll guide you when needed, but the focus is on natural moments rather than formal posing.
When will I receive my photos?
Your professionally edited digital photos will be delivered within one week of the session.
Can the experience be customised?
Yes. Every private experience can be tailored to your interests, schedule, group and preferred locations.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled session
→ 100% refund
Cancellations made 7–13 days before the session
→ 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session
→ No refund
Rescheduling
You can request to reschedule your experience once, subject to my availability. Requests made at least 7 days before the original session can be rescheduled without any additional fee.
Weather
If severe weather or other circumstances make the experience impractical or unsafe, we can reschedule the session at no additional cost. If rescheduling isn’t possible, you will receive a full refund.
Is there anything I should know about behaviour or dress?
Yes. Respect for Japan’s cultural and religious sites is very important to us. When visiting shrines, temples and other sacred places, we ask guests to dress and behave appropriately for the location.
Please avoid clothing that is excessively revealing, and when visiting religious sites, shoulders and chest should be appropriately covered and very short skirts or shorts should be avoided.
During the experience, we also ask that you:
- Do not touch, climb, sit on or lie on shrine or temple structures, torii gates, lanterns or other cultural property.
- Do not dance, perform or pose in ways that could be considered inappropriate at a sacred site.
- Do not block pathways or interfere with other visitors.
- Follow any photography restrictions or instructions from shrine/temple staff.
- Be mindful that these are places of worship, not simply photo locations.
I’ll guide you through these expectations before and during the session so we can enjoy the locations while treating them with the respect they deserve.
