Do you travel outside of Melbourne for videography projects?
Yes, we do! We are available for travel outside of Melbourne with additional travel fees applying depending on location.
Does it become cheaper if I get a set of videos and photos?
Yes, we can make a good package according to the total amount of videos/photos for your project.
Why videography services are expensive?
Videography services tend to be a bit more expensive than shooting with a mobile phone or other devices due to several reasons. First of that is the equipment cost, which include camera, lenses, lighting, audio equipment, stabilisation gear (gimbals). Also, there are costs that the clients don’t see such as editing software, music licensing, insurance. The labor cost is for all of the video process like pre-production, production and post-production, that many clients don’t see rolling. The time on set to do the set up and teardown of the equipments can be extensive and seamless to the clients.
What is your videography style?
We like to produce cinematic and documentary-style videos, ensuring we capture the essence of your message while telling a compelling story. But it doesn’t mean that we cannot produce some trendy reels for you.
Can I choose the music for our video?
Yes, you can provide us with your preferred music or we can help you select the perfect soundtrack for your video. We just need to make sure that the music you choose doesn’t infringe any copyright. That’s why we provide a music library you can choose from, which will allow you to publish your video on any platform you want.
What is your videography style?

How do you handle copyright and licensing for the video content?
We ensure all music and footage used in your video are properly licensed. Ownership and usage rights will be clearly outlined in our agreement.
Do you offer drone videography?
Yes, we offer drone videography services to capture stunning aerial footage for your project. This can be as a part of your stablishing shot, dramatic scene, overview of an event or a place or to have a different point-of-view.
Can we request specific shots or moments to be captured?
Sure!!! We encourage our clients to share their requests and visions. We love to produce a video in collaboration with the client, cause we feel we can meet your main ideas easily.
Do you have a maximum length for the final video?
No, there’s no maximum length. However, we may suggest the length of the video according to your needs. For example, if you want to publish a video in Social Media, it would be nice to have a maximum of 1-minute video.
Do you provide raw footage?
Unfortunately, we CAN’T provide RAW footage. The reason why we don’t do this is because the RAW footage may damage the integrity of our work. This is a way to protect our professional reputation.
Where will I be able to upload my video to?
You can use your video in many places. As an internal communication in the company, in your website, in your social media such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube, Linkedin and so on. You can also use the video to advertise in your local community, in an event, your creativity is your limitation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the project and timing. In our terms and conditions we discuss all the details.
